Grade A refurbished products will be in very good condition. Free from any scratches, or dents. The vast majority of our Grade A Condition product are Ex-Demo units, therefore would have been used for short periods of time. All of the components and hardware will be in perfect working order and are offered with good warranty periods. Grade B – Refurbished

Grade B refurbished devices are classed as good condition, they are products that have previously been used and show some signs of wear and tear that you would expect for their age.
