Orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched same day via courier on a Next Working Day service and normally arrive within 1-2 working days of placing your order. Large displays may be shipped using our own vehicles.
Delivery is free to mainland UK, an additional shipping fee will be required to ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Grading Specifications
Grade A New
Grade A New products are brand new products, as you would expect any new product to be. Unopened in the original packaging, along with all standard accessories. All products will carry manufacturer warranties, which will be noted on the product listing.
Grade A Condition
Grade A refurbished products will be in very good condition. Free from any scratches, or dents. The products will have been unboxed and may show some light scuffs where the units have been repackaged. All of the components and hardware will be in perfect working order and are offered with good warranty periods. In a nutshell, you will be getting a product in perfect working order, in very good condition, at a great price.
Grade B Condition
Grade B refurbished devices are classed as good condition, they are products that have previously been used and show some signs of wear and tear. Grade C Condition

The device will most likely have some obvious signs of use, such as clear scratches or dents to the casing, however, this will only be cosmetic damage and will not affect the function of the device. Despite the ‘well used’ appearance, all of the components and hardware will have been professionally checked and be in good working order.
