Standard Delivery is FREE to most of the UK

Orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched same day via courier on a Next Working Day service and normally arrive within 1-2 working days of placing your order. Large displays may be shipped using our own vehicles.

Delivery is free to mainland UK, an additional shipping fee will be required to ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Delays may occur during deliveries that are out of our control. Please refer to the tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched for delivery information.

Orders to remote locations may take longer than the times quoted.

Below we explain how we grade our products and what to expect from each of our Grading specifications. Regardless of grade, every product has been professionally checked by our inhouse team of engineers to ensure the product meets our stringent quality standards.

New

Grade A New products are brand new products, as you would expect any new product to be. Unopened in the original packaging, along with all standard accessories. All products will carry manufacturer warranties, which will be noted on the product listing.

New – Open Boxed  

New – Open boxed products are brand new products, as you would expect any new product to be. The only difference being the boxes have simply been opened and resealed. These items with have all the accessories that come with the device as standard. All products will carry manufacturer warranties, which will be noted on the product listing.

Refurbished - Grade A

Grade A refurbished products will be in very good condition. Free from any scratches, or dents. The vast majority of our Grade A Condition product are Ex-Demo units, therefore would have been used for short periods of time. The units will have been unboxed and may show some light scuffs where the units have been repackaged. All of the components and hardware will be in perfect working order and are offered with good warranty periods. In a nutshell, you will be getting a product in perfect working order, in very good condition, at a great price.

Refurbished - Grade B

Grade B refurbished devices are classed as good condition, they are products that have previously been used and show some signs of wear and tear that you would expect for their age. There may be some scratches or minor dents to the casing, but this will not affect the use or performance in any way. All screens will be free from scratches or damage. All of the components and hardware will have been professionally checked and be in good working order.

Grade B devices are priced to reflect the used condition, and therefore offer great value. This grade is typically ideal for people looking for a great value product, but do not mind there being some signs of previous use or some minor marks.

Refurbished - Grade C

Grade C refurbished device could be described as ‘well used’. The device will most likely have some obvious signs of use, such as clear scratches or dents to the casing, however, this will only be cosmetic damage and will not affect the function of the device.

Despite the ‘well used’ appearance, the device will still work properly and without issue. This type of device is most suited to users who are not overly concerned with the aesthetic condition of the device that offers even better value for money.
