Below we will explain how we grade our products and what to expect from each of our Grading specifications. All products, whatever grade, will have been professionally checked by our inhouse team of engineers to ensure the product meets our high-quality standards.

Grade A – New

Grade A New products are either new or have been set aside for demo use, but have never been used as part of the demo pool. All products will be in original unopened packaging and will still be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Grade A – Excellent Condition

Grade A refurbished products will be in great condition! Grade A products will be free from any noticeable scrapes, scratches, or dents. All of the components and hardware will be in perfect working order, without any known faults or issues. There may be some very slight signs of previous use. In a nutshell, you will be getting a product in perfect working order, in excellent condition, at a great price.

Grade B – Good Condition

Grade B refurbished devices are in good condition. Grade B refurbished products are considered fairly middle of the road amongst repaired devices. There may be minor scratches to the casing, all screens will be free from scratches or damage. All of the components and hardware will have been professionally checked and be in good working order.

Grade B devices are priced to reflect the used condition, and therefore offer great value especially compared to a Grade A or New devices. This grade is typically ideal for people looking for a great value product, but do not mind there being some signs of previous use or some minor scuffs or marks.

Grade C – Fair Condition

A Grade C refurbished device could be described as ‘well used’. The device will most likely have some obvious signs of use, such as clear scratches or slight dents to the casing, however, this will only be cosmetic damage and will not affect the function of the device.

Despite the ‘well used’ appearance, the device will still work properly and without issue. This type of device is most suited to users who are not overly concerned with the aesthetic condition of the device that offers even better value for money.
