Grade A Technology offer a 14-day money back guarantee on any Grade A, B or imperfect product you purchase. Please inspect all items upon receipt of goods and report any damage or issues back to us within 72 hours, issues raised outside of this period will not be eligible for replacement or repair.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send an email to returns@gradeatechnology.co.uk quoting your order number and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation number along with the address for you to return the product too. It is the customers responsibility to return the product, alternatively we can arrange collection and will deduct the courier charges from the refund amount. On receipt of the returned purchase we will process your refund less any collection charge if applicable and notify you once completed.
All products must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
The money back period expires after 14 days from the date of order.
