The Cisco CTS-QSC20-MIC microphones provide a range of audio and coverage solutions for both integrated video systems and custom video deployments by having a very discreet aesthetic low impact design with a compact footprint of just 3.35″ squared. This table microphone is compatible with the Cisco C20, SX10, and SX20 Telepresence Systems by Cisco. This is a wired microphone that uses a 4-pin mini jack, has a frequency range of 80Hz to 15kHz, and uses LED lights on its very sleek intuitive design for showing mute status with its top Mute/Unmute Button.

Cisco TelePresence Microphones are audio solutions for integrated video systems and custom video deployments. These can be positioned on the table or discreetly on the ceiling. The microphones are optimized for voice and include options for small-to-large collaboration meeting rooms and specialized conference paces.

Orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched same day via courier on a Next Working Day service and normally arrive within 1-2 working days of placing your order. Large displays may be shipped using our own vehicles.

Delivery is free to mainland UK, an additional shipping fee will be required to ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Grading Specifications

Grade A New

Grade A New products are brand new products, as you would expect any new product to be. Unopened in the original packaging, along with all standard accessories. All products will carry manufacturer warranties, which will be noted on the product listing.

Grade A Condition

Grade A refurbished products will be in very good condition. Free from any scratches, or dents. The products will have been unboxed and may show some light scuffs where the units have been repackaged. All of the components and hardware will be in perfect working order and are offered with good warranty periods. In a nutshell, you will be getting a product in perfect working order, in very good condition, at a great price.

Grade B Condition

Grade B refurbished devices are classed as good condition, they are products that have previously been used and show some signs of wear and tear. There may be some scratches or minor dents to the casing, but this will not affect the use or performance in any way. All screens will be free from scratches or damage. All of the components and hardware will have been professionally checked and be in good working order.

Grade C Condition

Grade C refurbished device could be described as ‘well used’. The device will most likely have some obvious signs of use, such as clear scratches or dents to the casing, however, this will only be cosmetic damage and will not affect the function of the device. Despite the ‘well used’ appearance, all of the components and hardware will have been professionally checked and be in good working order. This type of device is most suited to users who are not overly concerned with the aesthetic condition of the device which offers great value for money.
