• New – Open Boxed – Brand new products that have been opened and resealed
• Grade A Refurbished – A fully working refurbished product with very minor or no aesthetic issues. Mostly ex-display models.
• Grade B Refurbished – A fully working refurbished product with minor-to-noticable aesthetic markings, like small scratches or scuffs. 
• Grace C Refurbished – A fully working refurbished product with noticeable aesthetic issues. A good choice if you don’t care how things look and simply want a machine that works well.
